All products determined valid by Goorin to be defective in manufacturing or materials may be exchanged within 365 days of the date of purchase when accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt. The Goorin guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Items must have been purchased directly from goorin.com, a Goorin shop, or a Goorin authorized reseller. Items purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers are not covered under Goorin manufacturer warranty.
