Please double check your shipping info. Especially if it's been auto-filled. We are unable to update your address once an order is accepted and are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to customer error.
Our checkout process holds your order for one hour after your order is submitted, which allows for you to make changes to the shipping address, cancel your order entirely, edit size and color, or add certain items. The confirmation email that you receive will have a link that allows you to make changes to your order for one hour.
*After one hour, we are unable to make changes to your order and you will have to follow our refund & exchange policy.
*During the holding window, individual items cannot be removed from your cart – they must be replaced with an item of equal value or higher, otherwise the entire order can be cancelled.
*Due to liability reasons, we are not able to change the shipping address after the holding window.
