Return & Exchange Policy
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of an in-store purchase or from the date an on-line order was fulfilled. You may return your Goorin purchase to our online store or in-person to any of our Goorin retail store locations for exchange, refund or store credit.
Products must be in their original condition and your return must be accompanied by your original paper or digital receipt. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original paper or digital receipt or if the item is in non-sellable condition.
Additionally, we will not accept returns for refund or exchange outside of the 30-day policy window.
Returning items from multiple orders?
Customers must complete a separate return for each order number and use the corresponding label for items to be processed and refunded.
The following items are non-returnable/refundable:
- "FINAL SALE" items and FRIDAY DROPS are not eligible for return or exchange
- All international sales are final
- Goorin gift cards, both physical and electronic, are non-refundable
- Any shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to damaged or defective product.
- Any store purchases made with cash in-person will be refunded to an electronic gift card when returning online.
- Limited items, as noted, may be excluded from standard returns.

Please note that we do require an RMA. Any returns sent back to our warehouse without an RMA may not be processed.
HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION: Orders placed between 11/20/25 – 12/31/25 are eligible for return through 1/20/26.
Order & Return Monitoring Policy
At Goorin, we actively monitor orders and returns to protect against fraudulent or abusive activity. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our return policy. Examples of behavior that may violate our policy include, but are not limited to:
Repeatedly returning multiples of the same item with varying reason codes
Returning only partial components of a bundled or grouped order
Initiating a return but failing to send the item back
Returning incorrect items under unrelated order numbers or packing slips
Returning items that were damaged after delivery
Returning items without the original price tags
Excessive or frequent returns across multiple orders
Attempting to return items outside of the 30-day return window
If a customer’s purchasing or return activity is determined to be inconsistent with our policy, Goorin reserves the right to flag the account and apply return limitations as necessary.
